Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2025

Welcome to Lifty, your AI personal trainer. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your data when you use our mobile app.

1. Information We Collect

Lifty uses your device camera to capture images of your workouts. These images are sent to the OpenAI Vision API for real-time analysis and feedback. We do not store these images or any personal data on our servers. They are used solely to provide the core feature of the app — AI-powered fitness feedback.

2. Use of Information

The images you submit are used exclusively to provide fitness guidance during your sessions. Once processed, the data is not retained or used for any other purpose. We do not use your data for training AI models, advertising, or any third-party analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

Lifty uses the OpenAI Vision API for image analysis. Their data policies can be reviewed at openai.com/policies.

4. Children's Privacy

Lifty is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children.

5. Data Security

We implement standard industry practices to protect your data. Since images are not stored, the risk of data exposure is minimal.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and/or on our website.

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting

Lifty uses analytics and crash reporting services such as Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase to help us improve the app experience. These services may collect anonymized information such as device type, OS version, app usage patterns, and crash logs.

This data is used strictly to understand performance and user behavior within the app and is not linked to personally identifiable information or shared with advertisers.
