Lifty provides AI-powered fitness guidance by analyzing your movement via the device camera and returning feedback using the OpenAI Vision API. Images are processed temporarily and are not stored or reused after the session.
Lifty is not a licensed medical provider and does not offer medical or health advice. Always consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness program. By using the App, you acknowledge that physical activity involves risks, including injury. You agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or health issue resulting from your use of the App. The creators and developers of Lifty are not liable for any direct or indirect injuries or damages resulting from your use of the App.
You agree not to misuse the App. You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App. Use of the App must comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.
Lifty offers recurring subscription plans, billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. As part of your subscription:
Credits are used to access AI workout sessions. 1 Minute of workout session alaysis cost is 1 credit. Credits do not roll over between billing periods and are only valid while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, all unused credits will be forfeited. Refunds and cancellations are managed via the App Store or Google Play account settings and are subject to their respective policies.
This App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the App must comply with their respective Terms of Service and usage rules.
Lifty uses external services to provide key functionality:
The Lifty name, logo, content, and all intellectual property are owned by the developers. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifty and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
